Nathaniel Whittle graduated with a degree in economics from Williams College, where he played varsity lacrosse. A sports enthusiast, Nathaniel Whittle played lacrosse for his high school team and was a team captain in his senior year. Lacrosse team captains, just like most team sports captains, have unique duties and responsibilities. They effectively become an extension of the coaching staff, ensuring that the team is physically and mentally prepared for upcoming matches. The captain can customize each team member’s exercise routine to ensure their training is done thoroughly and according to the coach’s guidelines and use team-building practices to boost communication and cooperation during matches. Team captains also need to keep their physical and communicational skills at their peak on and off the court, be role models for other players, and attract new talent. Outside the field, team captains must learn all they can about the players, getting to know them personally, allowing them to motivate the team for greater success. Captains are also typically academically inclined and need to maintain a high GPA (grade point average). via WordPress https://ift.tt/2XG6QCf
