Lacrosse is a sport where each team tries to get a rubber ball into the goal or net of their opponent. The players use a long stick with a net attached at the end called a lacrosse stick. They carry, run, pass, shoot, and catch the ball using the stick. The lacrosse sticks differ in size depending on the positions held by the players. At the end of playing time, the team with the most points wins the game. Lacrosse is a fast-paced game that requires speed and endurance. It is competitive and a good form of exercise. In addition, players must wear protective equipment, including helmets, lacrosse gloves, mouth guards, and pads. via WordPress https://ift.tt/3adAcej
